Suggested Fees
The following suggested fee structures are for conferences on Age Group leadership training only. For more indepth training on Leadership Development and Adventure Training, see "Other Services."

$300 FOR THE FIRST DAY*
(2-3 HOUR CONFERENCE)

$550 FOR TWO DAYS*
(4-6 HOUR CONFERENCE)

$750 FOR THREE DAYS*
(7-10 HOUR CONFERENCE)

4 OR MORE DAYS- LET'S NEGOTIATE!


*PLUS EXPENSES--Expenses include airline travel, rental car/gasoline, personal car (.365 per mile), lodging, snacks/meals (not to exceed $30 per day), and any printing costs that may be incurred.

Booking Policies
Booking will be on a first come, first served basis.

In the case of an event being booked more than 6 months in advance we will ask for 1/2 of the honorarium in order to confirm the event.

Should the event be cancelled within 3 months of the of the date scheduled, we will refund the total deposit.

If the event is cancelled within 2 months of the date we will refund 1/2 of the deposit.

If the event is cancelled within a month of the scheduled date, the deposit will not be refunded unless we are able to book another event in its place. In that case we will refund 1/2 of the deposit.

Should an event be cancelled and then re-scheduled the original deposit will serve as the guarantee.

Our intent is not to be harsh, but when a date is blocked we are unable to book other churches/groups on that date. Thanks for understanding. A letter of confirmation will be sent for every event that is scheduled.
